What are your thoughts on personal shopping services

I am currently building a catalog for a personal shopping service. My overall idea is to eventually build a convenience service out of it, like GoPuff, but with a limited inventory, and a food offering. In the short term I am starting to test out the concept of grocery delivery, and I am curious if any one has any insight to provide. This will not be through Shipt or Instacart, but rather my own service, own catalog, payment processing, etc. It is also a very targeted are with limited grocery store access.
