I want to take over my local Cigar Lounge, and need your advice.

I've been a professional flooring installer for the last decade. I do pretty well income-wise, but my body is taking a beating and it's not my dream job. Three years ago I started working at my local cigar lounge, and I've found that I really have a passion for customer service and the premium cigar industry. The owners of the shop have recognized my love for the place, they are 75 years old and want to sell it to me, but I've never run a small retail business before. It truly is my dream to buy the business and expand it, but I need some advice on where to start. Should I take some courses online?
