So I’ve been trying to figure out the best way to compensate employees. Raises are good, im not against that, but what else can I do? My goal is to do something that directly improves employees lives because it’s like they say “man cannot live on bread alone”. For this conversation just assume that money is no object and whatever it is is replicable for all employees, or a special reward for a select few(those who’ve been with us for 5+ years or something)One idea I’m having is something like company paid therapy, where the company pays for a visit to whatever professional psychological treatment you choose once a week or month or something. Another idea I’m having isn’t original by any means, but it’s a company meals policy(essentially, if you’re on break and go get fast food or anything it’s covered up to a certain amount).I’m excited to see what we can come up with! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
