I'm thinking about starting a company that will require alot of social media influencers to adopt to grow. So I am thinking of the best ways to entice these influencers to join our platform and really embrace it. So I was thinking about offering a sign on bonus, but a lot of these influencers think they are worth a lot more than they really are. Or even if they are worth it, our funds will quickly dry up if we were to pay all these influencers sign on bonuses. What would the practicality be of giving these influencers equity in the company. Lets say an estimated 25 people. Maybe .5% of the company. Or make it sound better by offer say 1000 shares? I have no experience whatsoever in having equity partners, giving shares to employees, etc. I have always been full owner of any company I have started.Would it involve alot of work to give people equity in the company, or could it be done fairly easily? How would it work as to having these people getting their payments? Do they get monthly payments? Would they get .5% of the profits? How would they actually get there .5% in terms of actual money? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
