How to fairly divide ownership of a new startup between friends?

Hello, I've been learning and practicing web development (Frontend and Backend) for the past year and a half and I have finally decided to start my first business.I talked with a couple of friends about an idea I had and asked them if they would like to join me in creating this web app project/ startup.They might have good insight regarding the decisions but the issue is that they have pretty much no design or programming experience so they will pretty much just give advice on the design and structure of the app but I will have to do all the coding and development (most of the work).​How can we fairly divide the ownership of this startup and avoid tensions between friends?I was thinking about ownership directly correlated to the number of hours each one spends working on the project.
