Looking for a clothing manufacturer for my own brand

I am having a hard time finding a trustworthy and reliable clothing manufacturer.Do any of you know where I am able to contact them? I have tried viamadeinitaly.com but figured their customer service is pretty horrible.I would prefer the clothing to be manufactured in Europe, (Portugal, Italy or France).The price doesn't matter which is why I am not looking to be manufacturing in China. As long as the clothing is actually worth the price and not some cheap garbage it will be fine.I am looking to sell t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, jeans, hoodies and, maybe jackets and purses etc. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
