I have an idea and I'm not sure whether it's good but I feel I can't implement it because of covid-19

Hello, I came up with a very basic idea that I have no idea whether it would be good or not but it's something for the short-term, I also feel that it may not strive as good under the circumstances of this pandemic, the idea is basically a replication of some tutor websites where you can view all different kinds of tutors in the country and also has their contact details, I thought of making an instagram account since it's more popular here and I will basically try and gain a following of alot of students in the area, l'll advertise let's say the first 12 tutors for free and then I'll start charging each tutor who wants a plug 15$. The issue is during these times, home tutoring can break the law and most tutors and students prefer home tutoring as compared to online, online is also an option but it's not that popular when it comes to tutoring. What are your thoughts on this idea in general for the short-term and what are your thoughts of it being under the covid-19 circumstance?Thank you! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
