Family business struggling during pandemic - need ideas to survive

Family company in Poland has been somewhat successful in trade fair / exhibition stands building. Mostly in Germany. Basically, international companies order stands that we design and build on large trade fairs. Last trade fair in Europe happened in February, and we have been leaking cash ever since with 30 employees (awesome team), machine leasing etc...We have a few designers (educated as interior designers and architects) specializing in Blender and Cinema4D. We have coordinators who specialized in coordinating customers in India/Argentina/China, ordering/preparing stuff for them on location in Germany, translating stuff etc. We have printing specialist and a huge printer/plotter. Also, a huge CNC cutter machine. Group of fitters/woodworkers specialize in building the stands real quick. They can do drywalling, painting, basic electricity etc.We own a few vans and a big truck (semi-trailer truck).Revenue in February went from normal level to ZERO.We tried many ideas before laying off anyone from the awesome team:PPE face masks (we made and sold thousands, but can't compete with Chinese imports today)shop/public place plastic shielding etc (everyone who needed one already has it)wooden pallets and other stuff, like rustic decorative stuff for gardens, balconies etc.building garden sheds, gazebos etc.house painting, industrial paintinginterior design on demandMAYBE we will help building field hospitals in Poland, but it's impossible to tell whether we'll be among chosen companiesIt only slows down the cash leak and it's been 10 months now. We need ideas! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
