Creating a product

I’ve created a 3-D product file on AutoCad and have printed out a functional prototype; however, the second important piece is the inclusion of a product called “Synthetic Setae”.I just don’t know how to go about contacting the necessary people so that I can use the product and start trying to find places to manufacture my product.
