Searching for co-founder who can add value( ideally college student from higher ranking university)

I am a college student at lower ranking university. I have a business idea which I very much like to pursue. But, I already know that it cannot be done by myself i.e I will need a co-founder for it. I searched for many friends in my uni, but I felt that no one can bring much to the table. I know my strengths and in order to cover my weakness I felt that the ideal co-founder would be student from Ivy League or some top colleges.
