My family (immigrants without much education) have built a modestly successful skincare brand, but the company is insanely old fashioned. They use fax machines and take orders by phone. The office computers probably run Windows XP. They have no social media presence.Operationally, I could probably go in and change a lot, but I'm busy with my own full time job. What I'm thinking is I can treat this as kind of a drop shipping opportunity where I don't have to worry about the reliability of the supplier. All I really have to do is improve upon virtually non-existent marketing and reap the benefits. The problem is I don't have much experience marketing and no real framework. I'm also not particularly knowledgeable or passionate about skincare. I want to get into this more for the money and the challenge of growing an ecommerce business.Does anyone have any advice or good resources on how to learn how to market this particular kind of product? Thanks. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
