Hi, just thinking about opening up a coffee shop here near our place, but I have no idea how to do it or where to start, I've never done this before. I have no experience being a cook or a barista, should I hire a chef for the menu and a good barista to brew coffee? What are the costs of maintaining a small space (air-conditioning?).
