[ADVICE] Expansion of educational company

Hello everyone,So I’d like to get an advice from you.I’ve been running Educational training company for two years. Before pandemic we had huge variable costs in terms of rent for programs to be held in physical facility and so on, however, after the pandemic started, we switched to online and added 4-5 programs (UX, Android Development, Data-driven marketing, etc) and overall, we’ve became cash-flow positive for little over a year, generating net profit of 50% on sold services.Having said that, there’s obviously huge room to grow. We’re expanding to neighboring country in 2021 and have great plans going forward. I do believe that physical presence in the country we’re expanding to, as well as in our home country is essential for success. However, to scale more, I can’t see possibilities rather than to do live-online or pre-recorded courses online for global market, however, with platforms like Udemy, Domestika, etc – we’d need to raise huge sums of money to compete with them.Overall, my question to you is what do you make of this story – should I try and raise money or should we stay as we are and expand really slowly? What would you do?Feedback, questions and moreover, advices are very welcome :)Thanks see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
