I own and operate a swim team in addition to teaching full time. I was lucky to have teaching when we couldn’t swim, and then throughout the whole year that I basically broke even, driving an hour each way (normal practice location was closed) and tripling my time on deck in order to socially distance in the pool just to keep it alive.
