My co-founder and I developed a platform in which employees can do daily and weekly health related challenges. An example of a challenge is cooking a meal or 'passing it forward' (doing something nice for a stranger).When you complete challenges you can go to our platform and click: Complete challenge. The platform says hooray, congrats and gives you points.When you have enough points you can earn a day off, extra budget for a work- or non-work related course and some other nice rewards. This means that points are essentially worth small amounts of money.I don't want to force people posting 'proof', but don't want employers to give away free money.
