Is system/process creation a good skill to master?

Hi I am trying to figure out what is my base skill in my businessI love and enjoy to create systems/processes/automations in the form of SOPs by first attempting them and perfecting a particular task and then writing them down in screenshots/gifs/videos form. After that, i simply hire someone to replicate and allow them to edit the SOP as the process progresses furtherI would like to know whether is this a skill I should be focussing to perfect on? As I personally don't like to work on marketing aspect of business however I do like to create products and systems.
