How do you handle your self employment / entrepreneurship in marriage?

I find it hard to push myself to build my own self employment now that I am married because I fear to loose 50% of it due to being married and (hopefully not) but possibly getting a divorce someday. Do you have marriage agreements to prevent your business from being split up? How do you deal with feeling bad on focussing your time towards the business and not on wife and family? I don't have kids yet but the thought of the possibility of Lossing part of it potentially and the feeling of responsibility already limit my motivation. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
