Delivery service vs shuttle bus?

I'm at a place where I'm throwing ideas around. Noticed box trucks and shuttle busses for $10k-ish.I'm in phoenix, thought about running a shuttle bus up to vegas.Thought this might be an interesting little business.Alternately, an in state heavy delivery service? Not sure what the right word is for it, but I'm not talking about grocery delivery- talking about pallets on a box truck with a liftgate.At the end of the day, I'm sure they're wildly different- shuttle busses probably run once a week to any destination.
