How to start small with a business that requires a professional food space?

I have been coffee roasting now for almost 9mo and absolutely love it! I mostly roast for myself and our family/friends and the issue I have is that I can't drink/give away the coffee fast enough for when I roast it! I love roasting, and love the science behind it.I would love to do this on the side and see what it becomes, but my issue is that in NJ where I live, I can not sell food items from my home -- I need a professionally licensed location to do it out of. Sinks, bathrooms, etc.. but seeing how I would just do this on the side (maybe like 5-10lbs of coffee a month), there is no way I can rent a place for $x,xxx a month. There is also no way around the law. I don't want a retail space, just need a space to roast and then sell the beans online/local farmers markets.Anyone have similar experiences with something like this? Any recommendations on how I could approach something like this? Is looking to 'rent' a kitchen for a few hours a month to fulfill the orders the best option? TIA see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
