My old desktop died recently and I'm finding it very difficult to work from the laptop I have. Ideally I want a screen big enough to have a spreadsheet and e.g. internet tab open at the same time as that is basically what I'm struggling with at the moment on the laptop (laptop otherwise absolutely fine). Should I just buy a monitor and connect to laptop?? Any recommendations - I have looked online for reviews but they end up confusing me more than helping!
