Looking for partners and business idea for a SAAS application

I have had this in the back of my mind for quite a long time. I had a chance to talk with a startup CEO privately for 2 hours a few months ago who his company acquired from a multibillion-dollar company. I have two masters, one in Management and another in Computer Science. I have worked with middle-size companies in the US and create scalable applications that can support even 40K requests per min. I have very handy knowledge of Reactjs (Frontend), Node.js (backend), Databases (Postgres, Mongo, Redis), Cloud computing (Amazon AWS), and the Testing Frameworks.I am looking for sharp, honest, and enthusiastic individuals that are hungry for the opportunity to cover my weaknesses.
