First Side Business Started This Year (Website Development). Have made $10k. Where To Next?

Hey EveryoneOver the last year I've self-taught myself HTML, CSS as well as how to leverage WordPress and the many features that are intertwined with it.My purpose to develop these skills was so I would have the ability to freelance and gain some extra money outside of my 9 - 5.So far this year, I've generated $10,000 in revenue from various websites and graphic design projects. My day job is highly flexible which allows me to focus my attention on multiple areas. My current freelance model has been charging anywhere from $1000 - $2500 for a website build, basic seo, 5 -7 pages ect with a yearly renewal fee. I keep my designs simple and target clients that don't need a demanding website that, more-a-less stays static.I'd like to change my approach to dropping the up-front costs of developing the website and charging on a monthly basis instead. Through the reduced setup costs & monthly fee, clients would receive:· Responsive website design and development· Professional, personalized content· Photo gallery images· Google Maps highlighting your location· Follow/share buttons· SEO friendly text· Unlimited text updates· Maintenance, hosting and domain registration· Monthly reporting· SSL Certification ensuring your website can be viewed securelyMy question to you all would be: Is WordPress a platform that's here to stay? How do I ensure I stay current with my clients and the changing landscape of web development? Any experienced Freelancers or Web design agency owners that can offer feedback on this front?Currently, my clientele is local businesses such as construction workers/tradespeople, dentists, restaurants, lawyers ect...I've been advertising through FB ads and Google AD words and it's been working well.Any thoughts or input on this front would be greatly appreciated. Looking for any insights into the future of this Platform. Currently, I host all the websites through Bluehost as I find they have a very supportive and responsive tech team that can assist me as needed. Thanks for taking the time to read this and providing me with any feedback! Please let me know if I can answer any questions to paint a clearer picture of what I'm trying to achieve!Cheers!(Cross-posted as well in r/WordPress) see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
