Market Research for b2b Marketing/ Sales Service Business

Hey y'all,I posted this on both r/advancedentrepreneur and r/sweatystartup, but thought this would be a good place to post as well. I am working on putting together a small service based business to do on the side. It would be an independent lead generation / appointment setting / sales team that b2b companies can outsource their sales to. My main company is in the finance world, so I'm thinking of sticking with this niche. The goal is to recruit and train a team of inside sales people to source leads and push product. I'm hoping y'all can help me with some market research:If you own a b2b company, is this a service you would use?If so, would you prefer to pay a team like this a flat rate for say six months of work, or an hourly rate or on commission?Where do you have hangups in the sales process? If you were to outsource your sales, would you want that team to just set appointments for your internal team, or go through the whole process? What would be your top 3 hesitations hiring my (or any) team? There's also the distinct possibility of fleshing this out to be a marketing team to do copy writing, seo, market research, branding, site building, etc.Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
