Tools to better manage inventory?

I need to find a way to better manage my inventory. Are there any services that don’t cost a ton, integrate with a barcode or QR code to scan when an item is sold, and also integrate with a shipping service like stamps.com?My current solution of teaching by excel is not sustainable. I have a lot of skus and it would be nice to be able to scan a bar/QR code to indicate when something has been sold. Bonus if that information can be associated to a customer and fed to stamps.com for shipping.I don’t use a traditional sales channel or point of sale so inventory management at that level isn’t going to work.
