Sausage business continuation and business partner

So Ive been making and selling sausages for around 2.5 years, I really like the business, see lots of potential, its slowly growing but mostly because of my lack of focus, continuity and time. Im an engineer, started cuz I quit my regular job, this was my hobby at the time and I really really love cooking, its my passion, however as time passed by I got other engineering jobs till the one I have now for 3 months, a director job with an amazing pay and looots of future... However, this positions sucks ALL of my time, plus I have two daughters now (2 mo and 2 yo) so you can imagine how this goes, I produce Saturdays and Sundays and deliver during the week after my job (I work 8-6 so theres no real room for anything but I make it), come back home for bath and nap time with my daughters and help around the house and sleep at around 11.Im exhausted and I feel like I really need a business partner who can execute my plan for the business and obviously give opinion and thoughts, I could pay someone but I feel I will never get the passion and commitment I need to really push this forward. Also, Im at the edge of my production capacity because of my lack of available production time, but I have the money and will to invest into the business.I have a meeting tomorrow with the brother of the owner of a butcher shop where I sell my product, hes a young guy (~24yo) and apparently is interested in doing something together, what do you guys recommend? Im obviously exhausted and every time I need to make sausages is a dread, but when I start is so nice, I like it a lot! But all my responsibilities are just piling up and I dont know what to do cuz I feel I dont have time to think and act to solve everything.First, your opinion would be of great help, but I would also like to know how to offer a partnership? Like, how is this even calculated or done cuz I would be putting most (if not all) of the money for the business and I expect this guy to execute... How do I get more information on these type of partnership deals, examples or anything?Plus, forgot to add that sausage business makes 20 or 25% of my current salary as an engineer, so very little, I dont even use the money, I do it cuz I like it a lot and I wanna make this work see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
