Looking for an FBA mentor

I'm looking to start an Amazon FBA business but would like to find someone with actual, successful experience who wouldn't mind mentoring. I have money to invest but don't want to waste any on a course as all of them say they are the best and the others don't teach you what you need to know.I understand the business for the most part, but might need help with a few specifics, maybe someone to look at my products that I'm going to sell, my costs, etc, and let me know if it's a good product or if I should find something else, that kind of thing. I'm still a bit confused on the logistics, bar codes, the best software I should be using (helium 10, junglescout).It seems every video and article have conflicting information and are very vague with specifics as they all want you to buy their course to get the real information.
