Will releasing complex/big app ideas lead to disappointment?

Im currently working on 2 apps.A marketplace for car services, like HomeAdvisor but for automobiles.A real estate sharing app, like stocks but for individual investment properties.These are obviously “big” ideas, in that they probably require a lot of expertise and management once released, and a good amount of money as well. My question is that since I have no business experience, should I even bother releasing them, and instead focus on smaller apps?
