Are 200 signups in a week and a half on our landing page a good number?

We are doing a grocery delivery service and managed to hit 200 signups after a week and a half of launching our signups page to gauge number of interested customers within our region (we haven’t started service yet). This is our first startup project so we’re not entirely sure if these are good signup numbers or if we should be aiming higher. Would be great to know everyone’s thoughts.
