Currently have an electronics repair business but looking to resell smart home products. Unsure of where to go.

I've had an Electronics repair business for the past year but I would love to expand into selling smart home electronics but I have no idea on how to get the products for business resale price. Does anyone have any pointers on where to go? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

Looking to connect with others

Good evening everyone,I wanted to go ahead and create a post in an effort to connect with others. As most of us are already more than aware it tends to be a lonelier life as an entrepreneur. Finding other like-minded individuals that you can connect with is a challenge. I like most have been going after it and chasing the dream since before I can remember. Having other perspectives and those with different experiences are appreciated. Let's be honest team work makes the dream work.Personally, I've grown a lot this year. Made decent progress in certain areas and took steps back in others. If you are someone who is interested in creating and looking to connect with others and build. Reach out and sent me a chat. If you'd like to just connect and maybe share some lessons learned or a recent win, send me a chat.Looking forward to connecting soon! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

My Client Just Called Me A Scammer, What Do I Do?

So this past client of mine works in the E-commerce industry selling latex pillows; however, he doesn't sell a variety of products only this one product. Now when we first began talking I explained to him that SEO is a long process and could take 6+ months to really see the results come in especially when competing in a competitive industry with larger companies. Now at the time he had agreed with me and said he was ready to get started which I figured yeah let's do this.Almost immediately he began micromanaging me trying to intervene with my process SEO at every turn by saying things wouldn't work or saying how he doesn't believe that's a good idea. Now many people would be annoyed by this seeing as if he already knew what works and what didn't he wouldn't be hiring me, but in most cases, I just see this as a client being involved with their business and just shrug it off and try to work with them as much as possible. Then one day I received a text saying "Hey Justin, I canceled all other forms of marketing and we will be relying solely on SEO right now" this took me as a complete shock and I informed him that probably isn't the best idea as the best marketing strategies don't rely on just one channel but rather multiple feeding off of each other and if he were looking for money immediately SEO wasn't going to do the trick. This fell on deaf ears and no more than a week later he began to become more impatient saying things like "Hey sales are down this month" or "Hey I think we need to pivot our SEO strategy" and while these things may not sound crazy it had only been 1 month at the time and I had just laid the foundation and redone his website to fit the strategy I had laid out so essentially we never even got to try it out.Fast forward to the very next month and I get another message saying "Hey Justin I spoke with another marketing expert and they said it would a dumb idea to continue with SEO services as they don't belong on an eCommerce store. You may have not known that but maybe now you won't scam people in the future." Can't lie this hurt a lot as I pride myself on providing quality SEO services to the businesses I work with and I've worked and currently work with both service businesses and eCommerce stores in the past that have seen great results. I ended up just replying with "No problem, best of luck to you" but am I wrong here? I told him everything I could and didn't even get a chance to see my plan come to life then was dumped on for it. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

Advice for marketing a business (auto shop) that traditionally relies on a lot of word of mouth?

Hey everyone!A friend of mine has recently asked me to step in and see if I could help grow his auto shop. Normally, this is a type of business that thrives on word of mouth or an existing client base, but in his case, this is a brand new business with only a few previous connections to the local city.I started out by creating a website that looks and responds better than ones from competitors around him (it wasn't hard lol). Then I added to that a "schedule an appointment" form to try to drive people's contact information and create leads. It's been mildly successful, getting about 2-3 appointments a week without running any kind of PPC or social media campaigns.I was thinking of setting up a drip campaign from there, where people who successfully scheduled an appointment would get a reminder the day before, and then if they showed up to it, would get some discounts or special offers for things like general maintenance packages or new products about a month out. This way I'd be focusing on getting repeat customers in the door, instead of just trying to find new ones.Beyond this I'm a little at a loss. My biggest expertise is in scaling things like SaaS apps, and content usually works really well for those (videos, blog posts, etc). I don't think it would work great for an auto shop, especially if the bulk of your clients are coming from like 20 mile radius, not around the whole world.I'll take any advice, and will answer any questions you might have! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

When my dad died suddenly over 2 weeks in 2014, I became very aware of the shortness and frailty of life. I decided to protect my time more, say no to things i care less about and yes to people and projects I do care about. It was easier than i thought. Here's 2 tips I learnt about time management

TLDR: Time that has passed will never come back. 100% calendaring is my first answer to time management. Most important projects / people / activities goes into the calendar first. Anything else that isnt as important has to wait or not even go in at all.Everyone's "importance" are different. Mine are family, self time, exercise and freedom. I know that i dont need to start a facebook or have tens of millions in my bank account (though that'd be nice lol) - you need to know what's important to you, and do more of what's important. The biggest 2 things i learnt:Schedule everything. Sleep, exercise, reading, church, rest / slack time, everything - the more details that went into the calendar, the better. It made it easier to focus and to say no to things that dont fit my goals (business, relationships or social) or the time.Important stuff goes into calendar first. frankly not everything is important, and not everything can be done. This is #2 key realization. i have to just choose the best 3-4 things in a day to focus on. this also meant saying no to many events that were not critical or important.A business example - as we cant do everything, we have to choose the most important tasks to do, and most of the time, it's the few core important ones such asrevenue generation. even within this, there are good clients (less work, more revenue) versus bad clients (high maintenance, stressful ones...be it high or low revenue). I dont want high maintenance ones.process flow. instead of taking 10 steps to do process X, can we cut down to 8? or 6?Once this "viewpoint" of best-bang-for-buck comes in, it becomes a natural filter to go into the calendar and scheduling, and its one of the best things that id learnt. Here's a video with 3 more tips / lessons to manage time if you enjoyed thisPS: I still miss my dad lots though. Love you dad.About me: I’m an average entrepreneur, dad and husband who is fascinated with marketing, leadership, entrepreneurship and creating a life and stuff that matters. These videos and posts are a fun project for myself where I share about what I'm thinking about or cool stuff I discover. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

What is your business endgame?

I was just thinking on my ride home from a solid work day today thinking about my business end game. To be honest, I have not the slightest clue what path to take to hit a 10-20-30year out goal. Im so wrapped up in day to day task I haven’t been able to see anything more than growing fast and building my biz a rock solid reputation, customer list, and keep tabs on the 6-12 month horizon. So i figured I would ask all of you what are your long term - endgame goals with your own business? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

Want to watch me cold call for one of my clients?

In March 2020, my digital marketing business that I started at 23 was on the brink of non-existence. Clients that had been with me since day 1 had no choice but to to cancel my services because marketing easy overhead to shed. That's business. That's life. When I was finished feeling sorry for myself (ngl it took a week) I decided to regroup, focus on my strengths, and start from square one. What I realized was I'm not passionate about digital marketing. I never strived to be the best at google ads or facebook ads manager. I wasn't the type of person to seek new targeting tools or dive into analytics. But what I am good at is business development and building relationships. This lead me to log onto this site and make this post. This post created a domino effect that not only kept me in business, but actually got me excited to wake up and start my day. After doing business development and sales consulting since July 2020, I couldn't be more thankful for the clients that I've worked with and anyone else who has reached out about business development tips. With all that being said, want to watch me make some dials? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

How did you find out what you're passionate about?

So passionate that you're willing to do it for free, or with little to no pay?So passionate that you can tolerate long hours, and shitty bosses (or clients)? So passionate that you're willing to sacrifice all your relationships, your health and wellbeing? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

Invoicing is time consuming

I just started my business 2 weeks ago as a personal trainer in SoCal and have taken on 5 clients so far. My clients pay me for 3-months of training and I've been creating invoices like crazy. I have an invoice template on Microsoft Word and been filling it in manually. Is there a less time consuming way to create invoices or is what I'm doing now is the best way? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

Business partners want to increase prices

I have two business partners. Just by word, nothing legal.Building management company. Theirs is doing badly so they wanted to join mine. They were doing badly because they insisted on high prices. The last contract they took was 3 months ago. Experience 5 years. 6 six-month-old firm. 3 contracts 1700$ revenue.Mine: Experience 5 months. 1-month-old firm. 5 contracts 1400$ revenue.Let's say I offer 800$ for a contract they offer 1000-1200$. But people simply are not able to afford that. The ones who are able to pay are looking for big companies. Partners say their time is precious so they have to pay what they deserve. But if we don't offer lower prices someone else will take the job. Tomorrow we will speak of this and I don't know how to convince them. What should I do? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

What entrepreneurs can learn from Atomic Habits

Hey guys,Last week I finally got round to reading Atomic Habits by James Clear, a worldwide megahit of a book with more than 3 million copies sold.As an FYI, I read and summarize the best business books for my DIY MBA book club each Friday.Although the book's main focus, obviously, is around building and sustaining habits, there's a lot that we, entrepreneurs, can take away from it. Here are the things I have learned or found interesting:Forget About Goals, Focus on Systems InsteadWhy?Winners and losers have the same goalsAchieving a goal is only a momentary changeGoals restrict your happinessYou are constantly putting off happiness until the goal has been achieved.Goals are at odds with long-term progress.Ultimately, it is your commitment to the process that determines your progress.Become YourselfYour identity emerges out of your habits. You are not born with preset beliefs. The process of building your habits is actually the process of becoming yourself. The process: 1. Decide the type of person you want to be 2. Prove it to yourself with small winsUltimately, habits matter because they help you become the type of person you want to be.The Role Of Our Peers Into Forming UsWhatever habits are the most normal in your culture are amongst the most attractive behaviors you'll find.We imitate 3 groups of people:The CloseThe ManyThe PowerfulNothing sustains motivation better than belonging to a tribe.Whenever we are unsure how to act, we look to the group to guide us.When changing your habits means fitting in with a crowd, change is very attractive.Humans everywhere pursue power, prestige, and status. The culture we live in determines which behaviors are attractive to us.Choose The Right Field of CompetitionThe secret to maximizing your odds of success is to choose the right field of competition. Our habits are not solely determined by our personalities, but there is no doubt that our genes nudge us in certain directions. In theory, you can enjoy almost anything. In practice, we enjoy things that come easy to us.List of questions that can narrow in on what is satisfying to you:What feels like fun to me, but work to others? What makes me lose track of time?Where do I get greater returns than the average person? What comes naturally to me?The genes do not eliminate the hard work. They clarify it.Don't cling onto an identityThe harder we cling to identity the harder it is to grow beyond it.The more you let a single belief define you, the less capable you are of adapting when new challenges arise.Although I had thought a lot about these concepts, reading Atomic Habits was still quite eye-opening and reaffirming in multiple ways.I definitely recommend the book. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

♾ InfinityDOT just got audited by Techrate, listed on CMC and Coingeko and touched 7MM Marketcap in just 5 Days from Launch!! Exchanges already sending in their offers!!

InfinityDOT is a new token that pays out reflections in Polkadot, so far investors not only did a 10x, but remade their initial investment just from Polkadot payments, that means no matter the direction of the token, constant flow of Buy/Sell transactions pay thousands in Polkadot constantly. In other words, you get to invest in a small MarketCap gem with huge potential and even get paid passively while your investment grows exponentially! Read on!At 4.5M marketcap, a strong contract and an audit on the way, we can expect huge growth in the near future, many have already recouped initial investment in Polkadot reflections! If you’re the kind of guy that buys real tokens and not just meme coins, this is the project for you! The standard for pay-back tokens so far is flawed, with pay-back in the same token, taxes for all affect the price the same, redistributed taxes re-enter the market and cause drops. Which is why reflective tokens have become so popular in the past months. Taxes are applied in every transaction, which in turn purchase and drop a separate high value token to all holders with affecting the value of the original, giving passive income in stable high-marketap projects. For this reason and many other, InfinityDOT is a promising token, at the height of the bullrun, in a moment in which all chains are filled by meme-coins with no porpose that die within days, we have new token that provides actual value, and like it’s precedesor reflective tokens, it’s here to stay. As opposed to coins such as EverETH, or InfinityADA, InfinityDOT provides it’s reflection in Polkadot, a self-named etherum killer that has grown into a top 10 Marketcap coin with extremely dedicated development, community and an indisputable bright future ahead. Here comes InfinityDOT, while new tokens on Polkadot are still few in comparasion to the giants that are the Binance Smart Chain and Etherum, work for it’s future can start off-chain, with reflective tokens. InfinityDOT not only proposes as an investment opportunity it’s possible growth, but also the certain growth of a stable future token with a long history on the market. A future of the InfinityDOT token on it’s father chain that is BSC and a promising future on the parachain of Polkadot! The token has much work to do, the concept is promising, yet simple for anyone to understand, and compared to the majority of BSC Tokens, has a high survival chance. The team has just started going public, with a possible pre-sale to raise liquidity this week, a sale on DxSale to raise trust trough locked liquidity, a public open source contract to prove it’s security, and a perfect moment for a real project to start, in a sea of short-lived meme tokens, a real project is a real needle in a haystack. Of course DYOR, the project has barely started and has a long life ahead, the website is up and the contract will be published shortly, all we can do now is wait and verify it’s validity when the contract is published. Now that I’ve spoonfeed you, start DYOR, whitepaper, roadmap and community channels available at www.InfinityDOT.net. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

Feeling like a loser even after building an app that has over 10k users and 6 figures in revenue

Built a SaaS application in the podcasting space, not gonna plug it here (feel free to browse through my post history to figure out), which has done over $350k in revenue in the last 12 months and has 10k+ users. But why do I feel like a loser? I’ve been rejected by over 50+ VCs in the worst way possible, being ghosted after a 2-3 calls is the most common one.But you know what’s worse? VCs showing interest and then passing on you for the stupidest reasons.I’ve seen smaller startups with much less traction than ours raising mid 7 figure seed rounds, maybe because the founder has some sort of pedigree (good uni, second time founder etc)This makes me wonder - all the progress we’ve made in the last 12 months, literally going from 0 to $350k in revenue was for nothing? VCs don’t give a rats ass about it apparently, they just care if you went to IIT/IIM/MIT/Stanford etc see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

A side business of selling software online

Hi! I am software dev by profession and currently doing a job which provides me well enough.A job does not give me a sense of ownership and I always feel I should put my skills to use for myself.I have been looking for ways to do this but haven't been able to find any. Spending a lot of time pondering what I can do, I realized I might not be smart enough yet to build a unique SAAS solution yet. While researching I saw that there is a good market online for web based software solutions, developers sell software solutions like CRMs, stock management systems and what not online on markets like envato. After some thought and technical analysis, I felt I too should be able to build similar functional and competitive solutions and probably sell them online.I understand that the selling prices are too low (~60$) but the activity would give me a functional solution in hand which I could probably sell at better pricing offline or online through my own site.I would then go on creating more solutions and increase my portfolio.I could also probably get some custom work from the people purchasing my solution and help me kickoff into freelancing.I am just worried that does this approach towards some side income sounds viable? I might invest a lot of time, would definitely have to give this a few months but I am unsure of the outcome of the efforts I put in.Do let me know your thoughts on the above.I am also interested to know If there is something else I can do as a software dev to generate some side (+passive) income apart from the above. Thanks! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

Is anyone here running Glamping Domes?

Hi there,I am trying to find the best solution for a glamping dome. Initially I was obsessed with the transparent Polycarbonate one, but after thinking it through, turns out it is not the best solution since there is usually no insulation, and it will get very hot or very cold quickly. What do you guys think, and what has worked for you?God bless!I am actually trying to offer it as an Airbnb place. Also, I dont live in US, I live in Albania and here are no domes to date. This is the project I fell in love with:https://ift.tt/3xCEbfi I wanted to offer something like this (close enough but not as pretty):https://ift.tt/3o5VBha they offer no insulation and the structure doesn't seem too strong to me.Then I discovered this, and it kind of makes sense, but it is not too pretty:https://ift.tt/3EajTMC don't have experience with any, so I'm asking for advice :/ see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

Closed My First High Ticket Client, 19K

This is a hugee milestone for me because Im not the type to talk to people and deal with money stuff. But i finally did it and closed in 19k. 10k in the bank and 9k to be paid within the next 2 weeks. Its a first step to high ticket selling but its just one of many.To those who feel like they cant sell or doubt themselves........DONT WORRY ABOUT IT. Noone likes to be sold. You only need to ask questions and kill objections. The other person on the end of the phone dont know you nor do they care about you - they only care about getting their problem solved or just closing the deal before someone else does.Seriously, this was my first high ticket call with a client and im only 20 damn years old with stuttering issues. Never have I EVER done this and its thrilling to know that things have turned out better than Id expected. What I sell?I sell flatpacked garages and portable granny flats (2brm units). Because getting affordable housing in my country is expensive, most people would rather invest in a near new or good enough home building just to have a roof over their heads. (BONUS: no need to pay mortgage bills either). This guys been looking for affordable housing for 3 years and when he saw our ad he said he wanted to buy it asap. Of course there were a few bit of concerns like thinking its a scam or whatnots, but after a few messages back n forth and even allowing him to call another past client, he agreed and we closed the deal.Did I need a script?Heck no. I just thought, 'okay I need to find out who this person is, whats their motivation to buy this and how motivated are they to buy it'. All my questions were based around those three points. It didnt take long, we talked for about 15mins then before we closed the deal I asked, 'why didnt you buy the other (not to mention better quality) buildings around?'.Thats when he said, because of price. Everything looked good and new and all, but it all boiled down to price. Our one might not have looked shit hot, but it was still a home and an affordable one too.So.....I DID IT GUYS!!! I CLOSED MY FIRST HIGH TICKET CLIENT!!! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

Best Contact form you have seen on a website?

Hi everyone,I buy and sell caravans. My current website is pretty much just a simple explainer, of how the process works, and why people should sell their caravan to me and then a contact form with several fields for them to fill out model/year and all that.Everything is okay with my business, but i have some money to spend this year to avoid too much tax (this is not an invite for people to contact me via dm) - also i build my website my self with Wix, and i'm pretty sure it could be more nicely done with layout, graphics and so on. If your websites only goal was to get offers in, what would you include and any design ideas or links to examples? I'm based in Denmark so don't think it matters to link to my site as you probably don't have any idea what it's saying anyway. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

A small business dreams to grow bigger!

Hi everybody!I have a small business, But I would like to expand it a little bit and switch to the B2B model. Now, as you can guess, my business is narrowed to B2C. Still, I don’t have a huge business, but I would like to see any potential growth opportunities. At the moment I have a small car repair shop. We also sell different car spare parts, both original and aftermarket spare parts. Since our city is not very large, there are not so many other car repair shops. I would say, even more, it’s hard to call them our competitors since we all have many customers and don’t even compete with each other. I’m not sure if this situation is possible in other cities. But, we just got lucky.Still, some other car repair shops pop up around our small town, and they also would like to order car spare parts. Since I don’t think they are going to order in bulk, I thought they could buy my dead stock from me. Well, I’m not gonna sell them something with defects, but I still have a lot of car parts that I’ve ordered too much. Besides, I think I can open something like a warehouse and just become one of the retailers in my region. But, on the other hand, if we think in the long run, there is a possibility to switch to the B2B model completely. So, I guess it is worth considering to test the market now and think in advance about B2B lead generation? It is hard to compete on a global scale rather than operating on a local market.I know it’s a bit earlier to think about stuff like this, and now I’m just dreaming big. But, still, I would like to know some details if I ever try this niche. It would be interesting to know what type of hidden stones I might face as an entrepreneur? I understand that this market niche might be highly competitive. That’s why I’m gonna start operating as a retailer on a local market. I’m not sure if someone else plans to do the same thing.Anyway, I’ve decided to share it here with you guys. I wonder what do you think of that? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

ok, i admit it: dropshipping is not a good business model

dropshipping is only good for very early stage (<1 year old) or mvp stage companiesif you are doing revenue, its best to get 3rd party logistics or in house fulfillment. dropshipping is awfuland why is that? heres my experience:say im selling holiday dresses. its dropshipped from china1) unpredictable quality (common)2) unpredictable shipping time (very common)this ones a killer. to test my pet supplies company ive ordered some pet supplies , 3 came in, 2 backordered for 2 months. but vendor made no warning of backorderyou only find its backordered when you order. if its a customer order, you may get chargeback or cancel or confusing orders (things ship separeately)3) communication mismatch (common)those 3 factors alone are brand killers especially the shipping timesdoing dropshipping in major volume would be a major headache, partial shipments and keeping track of which customer has what is a headache not to mention cancelations and chargebacks see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

So much Opportunity: You can build a business with GPT-3

I wanted to share our story on how I've build businesses using OpenAI API and some simple business solutions in proven markets.OpenAI has generated a lot of hype, but there hasn't been much about what can be done with general artificial intelligence.Natural language processing is one of the areas that'll greatly improve the connection between humans (mostly non-technical folks) and computers/the internet.Even getting a domain on GoDaddy has a good bit of technical jargon. One example of natural language processing I wanted to explore was shopping. How could we use natural language processing to make shopping even easier, well, first instead of an application - why not put it in your text messages(SMS).Then, someone would be able to send a text message to do his or her shopping, which sounds easier, but would it be?You could use some No-code boilerplates/templates to setup a dashboard and use the API to give you content suggestions, research, predictions, image generation etc. Here's a little application to test the theory: https://ift.tt/3lkfQpK welcomed in comments or DM. My goal is to inspire others to create something simple and iterate it into a fledging business. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

Bootstrapped my productivity app to 700 paying customers as a solo founder! 👩🏻‍💻

What do you think guys? Looking for feedback - Young startup doing co-owning of second homes (like established Unicorn Pacaso), but we are tokenizing the real estate assets, selling specifically to crypto investors. Goal -> Get a house and diversify portfolio with stable real estate tokens.

• First, what we do is different to timeshare (Because already some people asked us, here is a pic as comparison) --> Timeshare you do not really own property, just a right to use a hotel-like building a certain time per year. We do true owning of homes.• Daliado finds up to 6 co-owners for one home and then does the buying & maintenance.• We target specifically crypto-investors who would like to easily and quickly purchase a co-ownership of a second home in Europe. We accept the top 50 coins (Also Monero.)• Estonia, a very crypto-friendly country and an EU member, is our legal place. There we also have our company and we are legally able to tokenize the houses.• We do this by creating LLCs in the place where the house is, and then buying this with our Estonian company. And there we tokenize the company shares that own the real estate object. Why? → It is much faster and cheaper than buying a house directly.• Owners sync through our calendar app with each other. So everyone gets a fair share of time for every season.• We focus only on luxury real estate right now, in the top locations in Europe, Marbella, South France, North Italy and so on. (Because it works better for co-owning currently).Btw. here is our website if anyone wants to see more info: https://ift.tt/3uQzOeu see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

So Excited! Finally launched my 1st project!!

Almor Club is finally out!So I’ve been working on this project for a while now…In short - its a website were you can get monthly reports with valuable insights on stocks in a unique way my dad and I made. Background story - First thing you need to know about me - I served in a special unit in the army where I live. Our specialty was to gather OSINT. So I’m basically really good at finding valuable information online.Second thing - I invest in the stock market for years, my father got me into this amazing world of investing. About two years ago, he got a heart attack. It was frightening. My dad is my best friend and I thought I’ve lost him. Thankfully - the doctors were able to save his life. When something like this happens, you realize the time we have on this planet is limited. And it’s our responsibility to make every day count. I wanted to spend more time with my dad, so we’ve worked on this project together. Using the skills I got from my time in the army, my dad and I wanted to make up with a way to find stocks to invest in. It was a lot of fun, and a lot of work. Right now almost everything is automated. It’s my first business and I’m pretty proud of it.My next step is to get more people to hear about this project and hopefully use it. I’ve launched a post on “Product Hunter” (I’m not getting a lot of attention over there right now, lol)Link to my post - https://ift.tt/3p8EQBm Website - www.Almor.ClubDo you guys have more ideas to make more people hear about this project? Do you even think people will want to use it?I’d really appreciate your thoughts and comments on everything - - The Design - The Functionality - The Idea - Literally everything you have to say will be a bless.Thank you for reading! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

5 reasons WHY buying businesses is smarter than buying real estate.

Very little competition: You are not competing with every Tom, Dick and Harry who watches a late night TV Infomercial guaranteeing instant overnight success in real estate.Seller Financing: Statistically, 84% of owners will carry back some or all of the financing, so locating money for the deal is right there at your fingertips.Immediate Cash Flow: If you pick the right deal you get cash flow the very next day.Fast Turn Around: Most businesses that are currently operating at a loss can be made profitable within in 60 to 90 days. You Control The Outcome: In a business, you control about 85% of what happens. Your results are not dictated by government housing regulations or bank loan rates. What else would you add? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

How to market a software agency? (In Germany)

Hi guys,TL;DR: Where are you searching for software development agencies?I've been freelancing as a software developer for quite some time and I do have some success with it. Recently I decided to go a step further and start an agency. I was expecting an incoming flow of projects, similar to my freelancing activity, where I basically just posted my CV on a couple of freelancing platforms, so I hired a senior and a junior/intermediate developer starting in January.I target startUps or smaller companies to collaborate on their projects. This market seems to work quite differently compared to the freelancing platforms where I used to find projects for myself as most of the companies posting projects there are rather large and are searching for just one dev to be part of a large team.We can provide a wide range of services related to software development, but I have a hard time finding projects here in Germany. I'm quite sure there is a market for our service and I am just looking in the wrong places. So this goes out to you, startup founders and owners of small businesses: Where are you looking for software developers? Are there websites or networks I need to know?Best regards and thank you in advance! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

I live in the UK. I’m developing a product for bath time. I’m using something which is meant for a different application - who can I talk to, to make sure I can?

I didn’t know if I have to talk to my local council, or the process of flushing out my concerns, and any questions I have. The type of insurance I would need. Any advise or help would be greatly appreciated, thanks. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

Searching for private loan. Urgently

It's urgent since Black Friday is active until December 1, I want to purchase a lot of lifetime licenses for site development products + powerful servers for four years to have enough resources for future projects for less money.I know a lot of really good deals for valuable products but don't have enough money to grab the deal in time. This saves up to 50% on each product, as well as up to 5000% if you compare the annual payment for each site separately and a lifetime license. If you are in deal - you will get access to all purchased licenses, a discount on my WP services (purchase and configuration of the domain / hosting + design + development), and your money with the promised profit after the specified period (maybe earlier). How I will pay you back? I want to create affiliate media about WordPress, an electronic product sales service and a marketplace for home-grown food and handmade goods.Who is interested in giving a private loan at +10% per year for three years (+33%), or at +15% per year for five years (+101%)? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

Listen to your employees.

Recognize that a large income and a prestigious position do not imply that you are an expert on everything.Even the janitor can come up with a million-dollar idea now and again. You never know what you'll discover if you just ask and listen. When an owner/operator/manager begins to think and act as though they work for their people rather than the other way around, things will start to fall into place. It's absurd to believe that those jobs wouldn't involve the individuals who work on the ground, engaging with products, customers, or both. You labor for the benefit of your coworkers. When you begin to think in this manner, magic happens! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

Suggesting a feature/product to an existing company? (But getting paid for it).

TL;DR. Is there a way to "suggest a feature" to a company (In this case a software developer), and have them pay you for it? (Either as a consultant, and/or a fee for the "idea"?).How would I approach this? (From the pitch, to valuing "what is appropriate" for compensation?).And how do I make sure I am compensated, and they don't just say "we would if we could" or "That's on the roadmap" and then introduce it in 5 years?----Just before I get too deep into this, yes.. I just have a few "ideas" at this point. BUT, they are very strong, well thought out ideas. I have planned exactly how they should function and why they would be game changing (Especially in combination with each other). But as a power user of this software, I could project manage the hell out of these (and the many other ideas that come to me daily). So I'm not planning to just tell them to "build an impossible feature" and then leave all the details up to them. I know how it should be done. I just won't be coding it any time soon.I'm not looking to build it and "compete", or be aquired for my tech, or as a plugin. And even if I was, most of this should REALLY be core functionality, so I'm sure some of it will be added eventually, which would either kill my venture or force me to innovate, when all I was wanting was better software, and a fair price for my efforts. They do have a "Suggest a feature" email/forum, but they almost seem unmonitored, and IF we see them, they turn up years later. Even if I was going to suggest these features for free, I'd want to know I had their attention before I made the effort.So... whilst I just hope they read my mind and do all this with or without me (It's sorely needed), if it comes from my mouth... I think I should get paid.My questions are:1. Especially with them already "asking for ideas" publicly (but then not really seeming to listen) how do I get my ideas in front of them, and have them cut me a fair cheque? Is there an accepted standard place to start when negotiating for something like this? (% of sales? One time payment? etc. )If I pitch the idea, and they like it but don't want to pay, what's stopping them from just doing it anyway? (And saying something like "Obviously that was part of the plan all along".)Side question: In the past I've also had app ideas that in reality would perhaps have been a great feature to add to someones existing app with a huge user base rather than trying to build my own around this one thing. So with things like this, what would you do?Stop me here if I'm just dreaming and have no ability to try and get these ideas in front of them and asking for payment, (even though I think they'd have a lot to gain if they did).Otherwise, read on for more context...One idea I have is so damn obvious that it makes me angry I have ti suggest it. And it's not complicated at all. I feel like it could be added in an afternoon. But the marketing tagline for the next version of "27% extra x" would move copies. Also, the tech for one of the features I am putting forward has existed exists elsewhere for around a decade (so could be acquired, modified, licensed, etc), and it should have been a CORE feature of this $400 software for years by now. But it's not found in any software that needs it, (with the exception of a stand alone product I just discovered which is about to get a "free trial download" from me, and if it does what I hope, an almost guaranteed $25 a month and a lot of referrals. (And STILL I think my implementation is far superior, and would gain/retain users if it was added). So I genuinely believe that if they implemented my ideas, they would gain marketshare, and could even raise their prices and fund expansion and innovation. And if they won't pay, that's ok. But my ideas don't only apply to them. I feel "loyal", and want "my" software to be the best, but... if someone does take a meeting and wants to offer me something of value... I'd be listening...So, what do I want?- Fair payment for the "great idea" and the project management I assume they'd want me to do.But I don't know what it's worth, or where to start negotiations? If they offered me $50K up front, but I had to consult or that price too, that's just a low paid job. So I don't want to sell myself short if it's worth $1M, or if I could be getting "25c per copy/10c per subscription, per feature for life".In addition:- I'm not really after a "job" because I like what I do now. But if they offered one, it would need to be pretty impressive, and kind of impossible to refuse.- I'm also willing to consult (But that seems like a "less secure job without the benefits"), and I also think that should be accompanied by a fair payment for the idea.So... any advice would be really appreciated.. :)If you read this far, I'm hoping it's because you think I could be on to something here. But if you are going to say that I don't have anything until I build it ask them to buy it, I hear you. Just say it kindly. :) see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

the marketing tool "Leadfeeder"

Leadfeeder helps us determine how our content resonates with top accounts and new companies we want to develop relationships with. It validates that our audience and industry targeting is working, and where we could invest more effort. It’s a very handy tool to have in your marketing toolsetI was looking at what other tools are out there but found them too expensive for what we got out of them, which is why we opted for Leadfeeder. The value and what it delivers is far better than what we’ve tried.I would definitely recommend Leadfeeder. Its simplicity is the stand-out feature. My role is to generate leads that fill up our sales funnel—or the top of the marketing funnel. Leadfeeder helps us do that. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

Top behaviours that hold/held you back from becoming successful?

Hey all,In the same vein as the "successful people, what do you do to earn over 10k per month", I'd like to understand the behaviours that have held you back from success in the past.Last night after reading through some threads, I started asking myself if some of my habitual behaviours were holding me back. Here is my example:I lost my job in February 2021, took a few months to slack off and do nothing (I was a high flying exec in Corporate Development and M&A for a SaaS company). I decided to start freelancing back in marketing as it is what I love, and now I have big aspirations to build businesses based on my acquired skills and knowledge in both marketing, SaaS growth, and the industry I was in.Since I started out in July, this is where I'm at:6,700 EUR billed thus far.Currently one client on a multiple-month contract, expected to hit 9,500 EUR before year-end.Why?I think I've been lazy. I hold myself back. I give myself way too much free time, play a bucket load of video games, and don't do any learning on self-improvement on the side. I'm probably going to bin my windows gaming laptop and buy a MacOS based system just to avoid gaming and force myself into a different mindset. I'm 29 now, time to grow-up.So guys, what behaviours did you have to trash in order to become more successful? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy

Business Plans

I love writing business plans and was looking at getting back into now that my life has settled down after having three kids all back to back. I've written multiple business plans and really enjoy learning about different businesses. I'm also proficient in PowerPoint and have done so for many of my clients. I'm a very detail-oriented person, I'm professional, love communication, and have excellent time management skills. I'm currentlv serving in the military and am going to school for Emergency and Disaster Management. If you'd be interested in a business plan, please feel free to reach out to me with any questions. I also don't agree with charging high prices like many other more established businesses do. I believe having a solid business plan is very important, but also know how hard it is to start a business financiallv. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
