SaaS Founders / Technical Founders: how can a non-Technical founder check code and development quality of a Web App?

Hi all,I am a non-Technical creator of a web application. I've conceptualised and defined all the requirements for the application and have hired a development agency to build it. The owner of the development is technically very strong, however, the actual development of the app is being done by some of his team. We have a clearly laid out set of milestones and on completing each milestone, his QA team do the initial testing following which I do extensive user testing. The development is progressing well, but there are some concerns that persist in my mind:My user testing seems to be surfacing a lot of things that I hoped would have been captured in the first stage QA. These are probably due to their QA being more technical whilst mine is more around end-user experience and usability.Issues that seem to have been resolved are resurfacing.- eg images stored in the web app not showing up later. It's the second concern that bothers me the most. Since I don't have the technical ability to do checks on the code and build, I have no way of knowing if I will be inheriting heft tech debt in the future.FYI, the tech stack that is being used by the development firm is:Backend - Ruby on RailsFrontend - Nextjs Reach FrameworkDatabase - PostgreSQLHosting - Heroku, Amazon S3Do you have any advice on how I can get some external validation of what is being built? Thanks,Mark see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
