How to market a software agency? (In Germany)

Hi guys,TL;DR: Where are you searching for software development agencies?I've been freelancing as a software developer for quite some time and I do have some success with it. Recently I decided to go a step further and start an agency. I was expecting an incoming flow of projects, similar to my freelancing activity, where I basically just posted my CV on a couple of freelancing platforms, so I hired a senior and a junior/intermediate developer starting in January.I target startUps or smaller companies to collaborate on their projects. This market seems to work quite differently compared to the freelancing platforms where I used to find projects for myself as most of the companies posting projects there are rather large and are searching for just one dev to be part of a large team.We can provide a wide range of services related to software development, but I have a hard time finding projects here in Germany. I'm quite sure there is a market for our service and I am just looking in the wrong places. So this goes out to you, startup founders and owners of small businesses: Where are you looking for software developers? Are there websites or networks I need to know?Best regards and thank you in advance! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
