Advice on selling my website

Hello! I have a website that I would like to sell. Was thinking in the range of 40x monthly revenue and it would include a number of social media accounts associated with the site that have a decent following.I have heard of traditional sites like Flippa and Enterprise Flippers but was wondering if anyone had advice on finding buyers on sites I may not be familiar with?I have an escrow service that I was going to use and was hoping to keep selling costs down, which is why I wanted to avoid some of the larger services like Enterprise Flippers that take a larger % commission on the sale.Any general advice would be helpful.
