Closed My First High Ticket Client, 19K

This is a hugee milestone for me because Im not the type to talk to people and deal with money stuff. But i finally did it and closed in 19k. 10k in the bank and 9k to be paid within the next 2 weeks.Its a first step to high ticket selling but its just one of many.To those who feel like they cant sell or doubt themselves........DONT WORRY ABOUT IT. Noone likes to be sold. You only need to ask questions and kill objections.The other person on the end of the phone dont know you nor do they care about you - they only care about getting their problem solved or just closing the deal before someone else does.Seriously, this was my first high ticket call with a client and im only 20 damn years old with stuttering issues. Never have I EVER done this and its thrilling to know that things have turned out better than Id expected.What I sell?I sell flatpacked garages and portable granny flats (2brm units). Because getting affordable housing in my country is expensive, most people would rather invest in a near new or good enough home building just to have a roof over their heads. (BONUS: no need to pay mortgage bills either).This guys been looking for affordable housing for 3 years and when he saw our ad he said he wanted to buy it asap. Of course there were a few bit of concerns like thinking its a scam or whatnots, but after a few messages back n forth and even allowing him to call another past client, he agreed and we closed the deal.Did I need a script?Heck no. I just thought, 'okay I need to find out who this person is, whats their motivation to buy this and how motivated are they to buy it'. All my questions were based around those three points. It didnt take long, we talked for about 15mins then before we closed the deal I asked, 'why didnt you buy the other (not to mention better quality) buildings around?'.Thats when he said, because of price. Everything looked good and new and all, but it all boiled down to price. Our one might not have looked shit hot, but it was still a home and an affordable one too.So.....I DID IT GUYS!!!
