Hey everyone!A friend of mine has recently asked me to step in and see if I could help grow his auto shop. Normally, this is a type of business that thrives on word of mouth or an existing client base, but in his case, this is a brand new business with only a few previous connections to the local city.I started out by creating a website that looks and responds better than ones from competitors around him (it wasn't hard lol). Then I added to that a "schedule an appointment" form to try to drive people's contact information and create leads. It's been mildly successful, getting about 2-3 appointments a week without running any kind of PPC or social media campaigns.I was thinking of setting up a drip campaign from there, where people who successfully scheduled an appointment would get a reminder the day before, and then if they showed up to it, would get some discounts or special offers for things like general maintenance packages or new products about a month out. This way I'd be focusing on getting repeat customers in the door, instead of just trying to find new ones.Beyond this I'm a little at a loss. My biggest expertise is in scaling things like SaaS apps, and content usually works really well for those (videos, blog posts, etc). I don't think it would work great for an auto shop, especially if the bulk of your clients are coming from like 20 mile radius, not around the whole world.I'll take any advice, and will answer any questions you might have! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
