My question may not even belong here and related to taxes. We’ve been in business now for 2 years and have been collecting taxes ever since. However, I’m seeing a lot of other companies not collecting and have been told by other individuals I do not need to collect taxes. Our meals are purchased online, cooked, stored frozen and shipped. I’m going to reach out to the state comp troller again tomorrow but doubt they will tell me to stop collecting. But is this even a taxable service/product? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
