
What is a normal wage - hourly charge rate? if I'm charging the customer $80/hr what % of that should get passed back to my employee? I know some of that differs for employee experience and value, but if my employee cost is $40 a hour should I raise my hourly rate to the customer?Is there a "business formula" that they teach for this sort of thing? I'm in sort of an isolated area, and have never taken a business class and don't really have anyone I know that runs a business.. so I'm trying to learn on the fly.(Background, I'm a security/low voltage installer with 2 part time employees) Thanks! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
