How do i create an income source?

Hello all, first time poster. I'm an expat where i live and i jobs are hard to find during these times. I need to create a source of income for myself, whether overtime or periodically. I do have about 200 CAD to invest towards this, nothing more. I'd like this to be passive AS POSSIBLE. I would still like to continue job searching.
