How an eBay business owner halved his workload.

To sell on eBay at scale, you need to use multiple eBay accounts. eBay has become very trigger happy with suspensions so it's common practice for sellers to spread their listings over multiple accounts so if one account gets suspended you don't lose all of your listings (and all of your income). You have to avoid linking the accounts together in the eyes of eBay as this will get them suspended. You need different IP adresses, bank accounts etc so each account looks like it belongs to a different person. It's also better to manage each account from a separate browser so you have the same cookies.Using a different browser and IP for each acount can cause a problem a problem when working with remote employees (as they don't have access to your computer). Most large sellers hire people to remotely manage their customer service. An eBay seller recently got in contact with me. After talking to him about his workflow process he told me how he let his employees remote into his computer with TeamViewer to manage his eBay accounts!! Not only is this painfully slow, but he also has to leave his computer on for an employee to remote in and he can't use it at the same time.He said he had tried multiple softwares in the past (Inkfrog among others) and that they all lacked features such as listing items, return management, PayPal case management etc.I suggested the idea of developing a custom solution tailored for him. We made a list of everything he wanted and a few weeks later it was ready! We made use of the eBay and PayPal APIs with Python and built a front end interface with Flask. Now, him and his employees can reply to messages, list items, manage returns, and manage Paypal cases on all of his accounts from one dashboard. He told me it had at least halved the amount of work he needed to do, if not more! His employees could also do the same amount of work in significantly less time as they were no longer using a slow remote connection.Do you have an idea of a mundane task that you wish could be automated away? It probably can be, send me a PM on Reddit and I'll let you know what if it's possible. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
