Tell me if this is good or not

Hi Guys - This is my first post here and I wanted to see if you thought this is a good business idea:Have a regular fruit & veg store that sells fresh produce, but also does cold-press juices and salads using the stock in the store. I think it's a good way to manage the flow of goods coming in and out (use more of the things you have lots of) and from a business perspective, would yield a higher margin than just a straight-up fruit and veg store. As time goes on you could make jam, preserves etc.I'm thinking the main thing for me to consider is simply to have the right location - is there anything else I'm missing? Health certs/paperwork notwithstandingAlso, I was thinking of doing this all on my own to begin with - is that too much? (easily a 12-hour day)- Thanks! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
