Hi guys, I'm looking for some advice.For about a year now I've been going down a rabbit hole of cold emailing. I had a friend who got me into trying a particular method that was pretty decent, but over the last year or so I've gone about creating an entire process that includes:How to gather emails (aka the best scraping software I've found after trying many. Can easily get 45k emails a day normally down to about 25-30k post-clean)An email template that gets a great response rateHow to actually send a huge amount of emails per day (using a python script attached to API)How to pull the full data of responding prospects from the scraped csv file using another python scriptThe best (but limited) cold-email software I have used in combination with this method (have experimented with these as well)Everything in-betweenIt's a pretty bootleg method, but I continually see cold email SaaS that charges a whole bunch per month and looks pretty and all but doesn't really allow you to do what you really want to do when cold emailing—send a boatload of emails at once to relevant prospects. Some also charge craaazy amounts for finding the emails of prospects ($99/mo for finding 1000 emails).I'm wanting to monetize this method of mine, but I'm not sure what the best way to do so is. I'm thinking of going down the route of charging people just a fixed cost for me to share everything and help them set it up, or perhaps a fixed cost for even just singular campaigns? Recurring would obviously be more ideal but I don't think it is legal to say use scraping software behind the scenes within a SaaS I claim to be mine right?
