I vowed I would never get involved with any business that involves food. Here's the idea. Human walks into building where there's 2 rooms . One room has freezer displays like you see at the grocery stores full of frozen dinners . The other room has microwaves and seating areas.(Customer is responsible for cooking their own dinner(s). Total number of employees (2) . A cashier to work the first room where people pay for their frozen dinner. And the 2nd employee in the second room who monitors things and cleans up . Minimum equipment headaches . No stoves. No cooks , no waitresses , no hot grease , no over time. When it's time to close down you take out the trash , turn off the power and go home.Only downside I can see is liability of someone under cooking a frozen meal.
