Say, Juan is always reading reviews on Amazon. On the review section he realizes that a product category (not a brand) has similar complaints. He then goes on and enhances that product with say, a layer of paint. He realizes that the paint layer not only resolved the amazon complaints but also, made the product much better in another way...now, it glows in the dark!My question is: for marketing (crowdfunding promotial video), what audience should Juan target?
