Want to open up my own bar!

Hi everyone. I have this idea to open up my own bar. I grew up working in bars and all my family too. I have a couple friends that have some. I want it to have a military vibe because I am in the military but soon getting out. Also more of a dive bar vibe but not to much that families wouldn’t come to. I hope to get some suggestions on how to start and ideas of what people have liked in bars they have been to.
