I have a full time day job that consumes about 50 hrs a week.I have a consulting client I’m dedicating another 10 hrs/wk to.I have max 5-10 hrs/wk to spare for:Documenting processes I’ll need for later. Building systems so I can outsource some work. Writing content which I know best on my subject. Building my client facing website. Building and optimizing a lead generation model to find more clients.I really enjoy working but physically can’t do too much more than I am. My eyeballs are fried from staring at my glowing computer screen 10-12 hrs a day 6-7 days a week. A 12 hr day today means I can only manage an 8-10 hr one tomorrow because I already wake up with eye strain.I need leverage and to focus on the highest value items in my limited spare time.My salary plus consulting puts me at about $200k. The majority being my salary...Should I hire a full time e-commerce generalist to do all of the above while I focus on the clients?I’ve tried lots of low level hires on upwork and that was a pain. It took more time to manage them to do a task properly than to do it myself...What would you pay a first time hire competent enough to do all of this with moderate oversight? With the day job I don’t have much time to manage staff on the side. Without the day job I don’t have the money to hire the staff! Lol...What would you prioritize? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
