Growing online clothing business

So I run a small online business (selling vintage clothes). It started as a side hustle and now it is more like my part-time job. I store my items in my flat (currently have over 700 items). I have space for roughly 600-700 more items. I currently make £2k-£2.5k a month in sales (~1-1.5k profit). In order for me to grow i need more space for items and photography kit, backdrop etc.Ive done some research and I came to the realisation that i cannot afford to rent warehouse or industrial unit (even the ones that go for 500-600 a month are too expensive for me at this point). Some people have suggested self-storage units which cost around 150-200 a month. Im not sure what to do. Self-Storage units are relatively small (150-200sq ft) and that would allow me to store roughly 2-3k items. The thing is that I was looking for a space to fit all of my photography equipment as well as I'm tired of taking photos at home. What are my options? At this point Im not sure if its worth running the business since its impossible to scale up without any extra expenses. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
