Solo or find partners?

Like most here, I have a really good job. I work in IT, well into six figures, great benefits yadda yadda yadda, but im burned out. Ive been a network engineer for 13 years across several companies from MSP, to consulting to non profits. One thing Ive found is that I hate all company culture. I hate the politics, the constant feeling of fighting to get things done and so on. Ive been working from home since the start of covid and ive realized I dont ever want to go back into an office and do that same boring as grind. Same drive 5 days a week, same walk to the office, same lunches, same meetings, same bs.When covid started I setup an LLC incase i lost my job I could quickly transition to doing my own consulting, however I never lost my job. But I sorta wish I did, know what I mean?So I have an idea for a website/service that I believe has a lot of potential and is missing currently in the gaming entertainment space, think twitch, youtube, facebook gaming streams. Ive been slowly learning python recently, I plan on using django for the backend, but i dont know if ill be able to learn java quickly enough to do the front end. So Im thinking about reaching out and finding a front end developer to help me with that. Is this something I should look into a partner for? Would it be too much to go alone? I dont really have any friends who are front end developers, so I would need to find someone completely unknown to me. Is this advisable? Has anyone else gone down this route? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
