This sub and basically all entrepreneurship-promoting outlets are constantly flooded with people telling you how to make a bazillion dollars a day, retire young and all that flashy self help nonsense. Of course it makes sense - people's attention spans are shorter every year so it's a race to the bottom (or "top") and instead of slow, tangible results, we're seeing this tide of people promising more and more ridiculous gains just to grab a bit of audience attention. I know I'm not going to turn that tide with one post but I just feel like the vast majority of this community (myself included) would benefit from advice on how to get from $0 a day to $100 a day rather than to god-knows-how-much a day. It's way more valuable to see how to make the next two or three steps than hearing about what you should do a thousand steps ahead of where you are now or seeing yet another half-fake story of a biz "guru" selling you their course (or chasing a unicorn altogether). So I heartily invite everyone to talk about and share their everyday Joe kinds of businesses/side hustles/entrepreneur adventures. Forget about all those "a million a day" stories - what are your "a hundred a day" ventures? What did you build that just helped you create a steady income - not flashy, not necessarily causing your family not to have to worry about money ever again, just something that works and got you from level 0 to level 1. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
