Desperately need to hear some success stories and would appreciate guidance/pep talk

So I just quit my 3rd job of the year after a few days. Over the past few years I have had the absolute worst luck in finding a solid role that I can be happy in. It's been a nightmare getting an interview and jobs I have started have either been mis sold or have just made me miserable. I take a lot of responsibility for not deciding on my own direction and for making poor choices when selecting jobs, selling myself short and putting myself in situations where I'm way lower on the heirearchy than I could be. Overall my confidence is absolutely shot and I'm so full of self doubt and negative thought that I'm struggling to even look for jobs, dreading the constant rejection emails. I'm now at the point where people that worked for me years ago in previous jobs or at my business (I sold it) are doing far better than me career wise.I get so sad when I think how back in 2016 I left a comfortable management job of 10 years so go open my own restaurant. Everyone was patting me on the back and genuinely impressed I had the balls to do it. The business, whilst small, did really quite well and made me the best money I had ever had. I got hit with a bout of depression though and just couldn't face the schedule involved and so sold it. I took time off and became a vegetable, got a couple of decent jobs and lasted a matter of a month or two before quitting. Having a taste of having my own thing, not answering to people and making really good money just highlighted so much about working jobs.I know my happiness lays in starting my own venture again, learning from what I did wrong previously and doing something better. I have the ideas and I have the money to do them. I just have a mental block though. I am trapped in the mindset that I need to find a job and that starting a business is "something for in the future".Anyone been where I'm at now? Burned out with the careers market. Struggling to find anything decent. Hating their job. Feeling in a rut. Confidence and drive shot. BUT pulled it together, started their own thing and never looked back?I'm 36. I can change my situation and life around right? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
