Share your experience or your idea here.Within 50 miles of me there are several cheese manufacturers; atleast 2 of them make whey protein concentrate and whey isolate. I've started companies and created products before, but never in the food/supplement industry. It's unflavored whey, so people would mainly buy it for baking and making smoothies. I could maybe add flavors in the future and target a larger demographic. I've already researched local laws, insurance, equipment, and packaging.
