How do you launch a referral program to grow your SaaS application ? Here are a few things we did.

What are your key learnings from building a referral program for SaaS?Building a referral program for SaaS is not the easiest. The majority of the referral platforms you find are often built for ecommerce. Or at least that's what we felt when we were trying to build our referral program at Avoma. So when we finally decided to use FirstPromoter (a referral software for Saas) to build our referral program -- we thought we would lay our learnings along the journey as a case study for others in the ecosystem. For starters, the best time to build a referral program is once you have achieved your initial product-market fit and see your customers regularly referring your platform to their network. Here are some learnings/steps we followed while building our referral program:Analyze how referrals are coming in currently Set clear business goals for your referral programBuilding a customer outreach listHow to set up the referral criteria and rewards (Eligibility, incentive structuring, implementing the program, and issues that might come up)Choosing the right referral softwareSLA for referral follow-upsMetrics to measure the referral programI've detailed each of these 7 points here in this blog post -- https://ift.tt/3dmZnwL our learnings add value to your journey. Let me know if you would suggest me to add anything that I'm missing out. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
